emergency engineer on site today is call our team and ask for support. if you are a non-support customer you will need to have a credit or debit card at hand to pay the upfront cost. the basic charge is â£125 plus vat. we will need to know which systems you have, as well as any details of the suspected fault. once you've made the call, the engineer will be dispatched to you to diagnose and repair the fault. please note that any hardware required for the repair will be chargeable, along with an hourly rate of â£35 plus vat after the first hour for non-support service customers.
